1 Introduction

2 Definitions

4 Account Registration

When registering for an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details required.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 777de immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other suspected breach of security at [email protected].
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

Each User may maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any pending balances being forfeited.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Specifically, you agree that you will:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

777de is an informational platform. Where the Platform references betting markets, live odds, game guides or related content, such references are provided for informational and educational purposes only. The binding rules governing any actual wagering activity are set by the relevant Operator whose services you access.

Users are advised to note the following general principles that apply across most Operator platforms:

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed through the Operator's platform. 777de has no authority to cancel, void or amend bets placed on third-party Operator platforms.

8 Payments & Withdrawals

These references do not imply that any named bank, wallet provider or payment service endorses, supports or is affiliated with 777de or with any gambling Operator.

8.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Operator. Typical minimums on Pakistan-facing platforms start from PKR 500, though this varies.
• Deposits made in PKR may be subject to currency conversion fees depending on the Operator's base currency and processing chain.
• 777de does not hold, process or receive any user funds. All financial transactions occur directly between the User and the Operator.

8.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed by the Operator subject to KYC verification, bonus wagering completion and the Operator's internal compliance review.
• The name on your payment account must exactly match the name on your registered Account. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or rejections.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content on the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777de and its officers, directors, employees and agents expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

777de shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity, whether conducted through information obtained on this Platform or otherwise.
• Inaccuracies in odds, bonus figures or payment method descriptions that result in a User making an uninformed gambling decision.
• Service interruptions, data loss or technical failures on the Platform or on third-party Operator platforms.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on Content that is subsequently found to be out of date or inaccurate.
• Actions or omissions of third-party Operators, payment providers or game suppliers.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.

In all cases, 777de's total aggregate liability to you — to the extent it is not excluded by law — shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to 777de directly for specific premium services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or through the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other users without authorisation.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism or engage in any other criminal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC procedures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors on the Platform or on any Operator platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of sporting events or any form of sports integrity fraud.
• Colluding with other users to defraud Operators through coordinated betting strategies.
• Using bonus or promotional offers in bad faith, including through duplicate account creation or systematic bonus abuse.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation or IP-blocking measures put in place by 777de or Operators.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

777de reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Failure to meet or maintain account eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or other competent body.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period, as defined in the Operator's dormant account policy.

You may also close your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Closure of your Account does not automatically cancel any pending transactions with Operators; you must address those directly with the relevant Operator.

Upon termination for cause, 777de reserves the right to withhold any outstanding promotional credits or bonus balances that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777de is registered and operates. Where these Terms are silent on a particular matter, the applicable law of the relevant jurisdiction shall apply.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other applicable federal or provincial legislation, may affect their ability to participate in online gambling. 777de does not claim to be licensed, regulated or approved by any Pakistani government authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or the State Bank of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws.

Any dispute arising between you and 777de that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.

15 Amendments

777de reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including — but not limited to — changes in applicable law, updates to Platform features, or changes in Operator relationships.

Where amendments are material, 777de will provide reasonable notice to registered Users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
